Returns & Refunds

At Aura by Zuha, we want you to be completely satisfied with your makeup purchase. If for any reason you are not, we gladly accept returns or exchanges under the following guidelines:

1. Eligibility

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

  • Include a copy of your invoice and clearly mention the reason for returning the product.

2. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs using a traceable delivery method (courier or registered post).

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned products.

4. Return Address

  • Customers should use their own discretion for returning items. (The specific address can be provided during communication or via customer support.)

5. How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Complete Return Form
If you wish to return or exchange any portion of your order, please complete the Return Form and include it with your return shipment.

Step 2: Repack Product
Ensure that the product(s) you wish to return, along with the Return Form, are included in your return shipment.

Step 3: Ship the Product
Use a traceable delivery method to send your items back.
